Junior Merchandising - Mandarin Speaker

Key Responsibilities :

1. Responsible to develop the apparel, bag and shoes category's assortment.
2. Driving the process of product development (coordinating with garment factory).
3. Sourcing and managing the merchandise mix (create assortment and collection) to achieve targeted sales and profit.
4. Creating new ideas to expand the product's market.
5. Increasing market share.
6. Identify and recommended resources in sourcing new ideas, and conduct ongoing competitor research/ trend analysis.
7. Monitoring merchandise performance (Stock and Sales analysis).
8. analyse and make decisions using retail math.
9. Planning Merchandise clearance.
10. Prepare and provide Merchandise performance report including trend analysis to support future plan.
11. Collaborate across team to ensure the data support and align merchandising plan with business objective plan.
