Junior Fleet Specialist

The Junior Fleet Specialist supports the expansion and strengthening of the supply of couriers by helping generate leads, improving acquisition funnels, and monitoring courier performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working solving problems, scalating solutions and developing negotiation abilities while collaborating with different teams.

Responsibilities

• Support management with the creation and maintenance of operational reports for different stakeholders.
• Design and improve lead‑generation and conversion flows for couriers within the Fleet Project (a project to ensure a minimum amount of supply hours with specific quality). This includes outreach, profiling, onboarding, and funnel optimization.
• Use data and performance metrics to drive operational decisions and continuous improvement.
• Monitor key Fleet Project KPIs, identify gaps, and propose development plans to scale efficiently.
