Job Description
Overview
We are currently seeking an entry level field technician to assist with carrying out field work on various Municipal and City projects. The technician will play a role in the delivery of assignments as per industry standards.
Your role
- Assist and perform on-site concrete testing for Temperature, Air, Slump and casting of compressive strength cylinders as per OPSS and CCIL standards.
- Carry out sampling of various construction materials for laboratory testing.
- Monitor placement of various construction materials and workmanship.
- Prepare and collect field samples from various projects for laboratory testing and analysis.
- Perform compaction testing of asphalt and soils using Nuclear Densometer as per project specification.
