Junior Field Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer – Vancouver/Calgary/Site
Job Description
Our team in Vancouver is growing. We are currently recruiting for a Junior Field E&I Engineer, to join our team in the Vancouver or Calgary. This is a field position, at a Northern BC mine-site on a 2-week on, 2-week off rotation with 2 site travel days. The successful candidate will join an EPCM site team, overseeing the green-field construction of a mining processing facility.
About the role
Promote compliance with quality controls during the execution of construction works.
Review daily reports, contribute to weekly and monthly reports on the physical progress of electrical and instrumentation discipline activities.
Review contractor’s progress, quantity validations, and track performance against contractual obligations
Support contracts team in validating change notices, LEMs, and scope variances
Support Senior Engineers in reviewing contractor’s schedules, resourcing against project baseline and implement mitigation measures as...
