In this position, you will support IVF laboratory operations while ensuring patient confidentiality and documentation accuracy in a collaborative environment. Your responsibilities will include preparing lab orders, managing IVF cycle documentation, and compiling reports to monitor operational metrics, making you a vital part of the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in patient records
• Manage IVF cycle documentation and ensure compliance
• Prepare laboratory orders and ensure all items are ready
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
• Compile laboratory reports and monitor operation metrics
Requirements:
• M.Sc. or Undergraduate Degree in science
• Relevant experience in reproductive biology preferred
