Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Business Analyst to join Aviva Business, supporting the delivery of strong business performance through data‑driven insights and effective stakeholder collaboration. The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, producing and analyzing performance data, and supporting business initiatives and continuous improvement activities across the ABI portfolio. You will work closely with colleagues across underwriting, operations, and other key teams to help drive informed decision‑making and enhance customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operations, including mailbox monitoring, triage, and responding to user inquiries within defined SLAs.
• Create business requirements documentation for small enhancements and defect fixes aligned with BAU work.
