Position Overview
The Junior Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of small to medium customer‐facing IT engagements.
This role works closely with Project Managers, Service Managers, and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.
This is an individual contributor role focused on coordination, tracking, and communication.
Position Responsibilities
Support the coordination and delivery of multiple small to medium customer‐facing IT service engagements under the guidance of a Project Manager or Service/Delivery Manager.
Translate project and service priorities into day‐to‐day operational activities, ensuring alignment between stakeholders, timelines, resources, and internal processes.
