What You’ll Do
- Human Resources Function:
- Legal Compliance: Understand, interpret and support compliance with employment legislative requirements including Health & Safety, Employment Standards, Human Rights, etc.
- Performance and Attendance Management: Coordinate the performance and attendance management cycle, provide expertise and support on discipline and legal requirements, prepare corrective discipline letters and coordinate meetings.
