Job Description
Join CDN as a Journeyperson Instrumentation Technician in Kitimat, BC, working on the LNGC project. Engage in critical equipment maintenance, installation, and calibration while prioritizing safety.
In this on-site role, you’ll focus on hands-on instrumentation tasks for the LNGC project. You’ll assist both Journeymen and Apprentices and utilize specialized tools for calibration and equipment maintenance. A valid Class 5 license, along with H2S, First Aid, ESTS certifications, is essential, coupled with a background in the Oil and Gas sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow all safety and environmental regulations
• Assist in the installation of instrumentation and equipment
• Operate hand and power tools for maintenance tasks
• Calibrate equipment using advanced tools like Hart Communicators
• Handle repair work under guidance when necessary
