We are looking to fill two Summer Student positions to support our Public Works team. Throughout this role, you will undertake various tasks, from general upkeep to operating maintenance equipment. Under the guidance of the Foreman, your efforts will be pivotal in contributing to the municipality's operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with general maintenance tasks and shop cleaning
• Operate mowers and weed trimmers responsibly
• Perform washing and maintenance on municipal equipment
• Help with road repairs and installations as needed
• Execute other assigned manual labor tasks
Requirements:
• Must hold a valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Willingness to work in outdoor environments
