The SPEP facilitates an opportunity for candidates to showcase their nursing knowledge and language proficiency through supervised practice. Managed by the College of Nurses of Ontario and Ontario Health, this role emphasizes adaptability to various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet hospital needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in hands-on nursing practice under supervision
• Provide evidence of nursing skills and language fluency
• Work flexible shifts across day and night schedules
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and teams
• Participate in evaluations of ongoing nursing proficiency
Requirements:
• Willingness to work weekends and varied shifts
• Compliance with CNO and language proficiency standards
