Shercom Industries is currently seeking hardworking individuals for our rubber paving crew this summer. No prior experience needed; we’ll provide all installation training to set you up for success.
We are looking for safety-conscious, reliable candidates who can work full-time hours during the paving season. Candidates should enjoy physical outdoor labor and have a passion for delivering high-quality work. Experience in construction or similar fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
