Become a Youth Programs Associate and lead energetic activities for youth, from rock climbing to ninja courses. Your friendly demeanor will help create a safe, vibrant environment for children.
This non-permanent, seasonal role spans from June 15 to September 6, 2026. Ideal candidates are passionate and eager to engage with children while being detail-oriented and customer-focused. You'll collaborate closely with the Youth Programs Manager to deliver impactful activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and oversee fun youth programs
• Interact energetically with children and parents
• Manage registration and check-in processes
• Tailor activities based on individual observations
• Ensure safety and a healthy atmosphere for children
Requirements:
• Minimum of one year in youth program development
• Experience working with ages 6 weeks to 12 years
• Must have CPR/First Aid certification
• Relevant post-secondary education preferred
