Reporting to the Manager of Operations & Facilities, you’ll manage daily maintenance duties across several properties. Tasks involve conducting inspections, responding to tenant needs efficiently, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Your skills in communication and keen attention to detail will play a key role in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect properties daily and address issues as they arise
• Manage tenant requests and maintain accurate checklists
• Ensure high cleanliness and maintenance standards inside and outdoors
• Supervise contractor activities on-site as necessary
• Provide quick support during emergencies when needed
Requirements:
• Must hold a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in property maintenance preferred
