The primary responsibility of the sales manager is to identify the largest opportunities within a market/ account and match resources to appropriately grow revenue. Understand the customer supply chain, current and future source of revenue, existing and needed backlog.
The responsibilities include:
+ Develop B2B strategies and take ownership of growing TI's revenue and market share with assigned customers
+ Formulate and execute growth strategies based on customer understanding, in collaboration with FAEs
+ Propose appropriate solutions based on customers' development plans and business requirements
+ Develop annual revenue plans and review/analyze achievement status on a monthly basis
+ Project management and execution, including follow-up from order placement through delivery
+ Quotation preparation, price negotiation, quality management, and creation of various customer documents
