Requirements 4+ years of experience in DTMF IVR application development in CVP (Contact Center). 
Proficient with Cisco Call Studio, Cisco CVP, VXML Server, CVP Custom Elements (Java), Call Studio GUI, and Apache Tomcat. 
Knowledge of UCCE / ICM integration including routing scripts, DNIS, queuing to skill groups, CTI variables, and Finesse Agent Desktop. 
Experience with Cyara testing tools.
