Assist newcomers in Brampton with Achev as an Itinerant Information Counsellor. This role focuses on providing vital information, referrals, and community resources to support settlement needs. As part of Achev’s mission in the Greater Toronto Area, you will work across Newcomer Information Centres in Peel and Halton Regions. By utilizing your customer service experience, you'll conduct assessments, develop workshops, and engage in outreach to ensure newcomers are fully informed. This role is vital for helping clients integrate smoothly into Canadian life. Responsibilities
