Position Overview

Grande Prairie & District Catholic Schools covers a geographical area that includes the regional communities of Grande Prairie, Beaverlodge, Sexsmith, and Spirit River. We are a team of 700 staff who provide quality teaching and learning experiences for approximately 5400 students.

Responsibilities

• Technology Support and Service Requests – Provide professional technology support to District staff and complete IT support requests for hardware, software, accounts, systems, and services.
• Cloud Services and User Management – Manage and support District cloud services, staff and student accounts, role changes, network access, single sign-on, email systems, and bulk account creation.
• Infrastructure and System Operations – Support, maintain, and troubleshoot District technology infrastructure, which may include servers, networks,...
