IT Technical Administrator Role Available

Become a part of Farm Mutual Re's Technology team as a Technical Administrator. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to manage key operational and technical tasks that enhance our IT framework.
You will report directly to the AVP, Development & Infrastructure and will execute a variety of technology administration routines. Your main focus will include software license management, provisioning services, and coordinating with vendors. Additionally, you’ll maintain records, track deliverables, and support financial processes related to technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute daily operational tasks for the Technology team
• Administer systems and applications while ensuring security
• Handle user access changes and patch support
• Support invoice tracking for technology-related expenses
• Coordinate documentation and reporting of team activities
