We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our integral IT team. In this role, you’ll provide Level 1 technical support, ensure timely issue resolution, and contribute to a seamless end-user experience. This position requires working US business hours and includes weekend support on a rotational basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 technical support and resolve user issues in a timely manner.
• Contribute to a seamless end-user experience through effective problem-solving and communication.
• Coordinate with IT teams as needed to address user needs.
