Job Description
SUMMARY
The IT Service Support Intern will gain hands-on experience across IT Operations, IT Service Management (ITSM), and IT Asset Management Services. This role supports day-to-day operational activities while contributing to asset management, service management, change and problem management processes, ITSM communications, and knowledge management. The internship offers exposure to enterprise tools, structured ITIL-based processes, and continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Asset Management Data Systems:
- Maintain and update software asset management data, including vendor contracts, licensing, and entitlement records.
- Analyze financial data related to software and hardware spend.
- Support automation, reporting, and data analysis using Excel, ServiceNow (SNOW), Flexera, and PowerApps.
