As a key player in our Purchasing Team, you will handle procurement processes across IT and Shared Services. Bring your expertise in supplier management, invoice resolution, and ERP systems to ensure efficient procurement support. You will act as the liaison between stakeholders, Finance, and suppliers while maintaining procurement documentation and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage purchase orders in JD Edwards
• Coordinate supplier quotations and order approvals
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with Accounts Payable
• Support vendor onboarding and compliance activities
• Assist with RFIs, RFPs, and supplier evaluations
