IT Process Engineer — Agile, BPMN, Remote

Softtek Colombia is looking for a skilled professional with experience in requirement analysis and Agile methodologies. The candidate will document current and proposed processes and prepare functional documentation while collaborating closely with technical teams.

The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Systems Engineering or related fields, have excellent communication skills, and be proficient in English. The position is hybrid for Bogotá and remote for the rest of Colombia.
