• Teams leadership.
• Financial planning & analysis experience, Technical background, ITIL & PM Certification, excel master, team management, program and portfolio management experience.
• Manage the strategic portfolio of projects to ensure compliance in scope, time, quality and budget.
• Define the methodologies to manage the portfolio and manage the projects and evaluate the initiatives that must be structured as projects to enter the portfolio.
• Manage and monitor the progress of the project portfolio, periodically delivering status reports and financial reports to the General Manager.
• Manage the risks of the project portfolio, including stakeholder management, recommending actions and scaling the risks they expose to the company.
• Evaluate compliance with the results committed in the Business Cases of each project and propose corrective actions in case of deviations.
