Job Description
Link-Worldwide is seeking an IT Operations Helpdesk Support professional in Santiago de Querétaro. You will provide technical assistance and ensure smooth IT operations for our internal team.
Your responsibilities include troubleshooting IT issues, managing IT assets, and supporting onboarding/offboarding processes. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of IT support experience and strong skills in Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
