ResponsibilitiesTo execute the optimization and standardization of Mexico Compute infrastructure by executing remediation actions, driving cost‐efficiency initiatives, and ensuring alignment with global IT standards, while maintaining operational excellence and CMDB integrity—particularly within the complex Mexico region.Second‐level support for Windows, Linux, Physical Servers, and Appliances.Ensure the availability of the compute infrastructure across 14 critical locations through managed service providers for Compute and Database escalations.Security remediation for IT Servers and Databases, including configuration management, patching, OS hardening, and vulnerability management.Inventory of IT Servers and Databases for the region.Liaison with Sector I&O and Apps Leads across the region.Enhance Vulnerability Management Performance (VMP) efficiency through close collaboration with the Vulnerability Management team.Qualifications3+ years of IT experience supporting Windows and Linu...
