IT Coordinator

As an IT Coordinator, you will play a central role in the smooth operation and ongoing development of our technological environment. You will work closely with various internal teams as well as external technology partners, while being part of a dynamic small administrative team where collaboration and versatility are essential. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

IT Support

• Provide first-level IT support to employees;
• Receive, analyze, and process requests through the official support channel;
• Prioritize requests and manage urgent situations according to established procedures;
• Escalate issues requiring external or specialized support.

IT Asset Management

• Manage the company’s IT assets (computers, monitors, peripherals, telephony, etc.);
