Department Overview
The Conferencing and Event Services team is part of TD’s Workplace Operations group. The team collaborates with all line‑of‑business groups, Enterprise RealEstate and Technology teams to deliver a seamless technology experience for colleagues in retail locations, campus offices and home offices across North America.
Summary of Role
The Onsite AV Support Technician provides audio‑visual technical support, primarily in‑person but occasionally virtually, across TD Conference facilities throughout the region. The role ensures that all AV resources are functional, users are effectively trained, and any issues are resolved swiftly. The Technician works with vendors, manages meetings, and contributes to the standardization of the Enterprise Event model service.
