Who We Are Looking For

The role holder will be the lead in managing the Investor Services department, contributing strategically to ensure overall goals are met. They will oversee and support managers of client relationships, regulatory and risk control, and change management, and provide technical and operational leadership to ensure teams follow policies and procedures, remain organized, efficient, and deliver best‑in‑class service to clients.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Manage and develop strong client relationships, representing IS and the Company.
• Ensure day‑to‑day IS service delivery consistently meets or exceeds client expectations and liaise with clients on development initiatives.
• Handle or resolve complex operational and customer complaints referred by managers.
