Join MUFG as a Senior Associate in Investor Delivery, where you will oversee daily deliverables and maintain high-quality standards for client service.
In this key role, you'll focus on quality control in investor registration and cash dealing processes. You'll serve as the overarching contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and communication within service level agreements. Collaboration with team members and participation in project initiatives to enhance risk mitigation will be part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support quality control review of deliverables
• Act as a primary contact for client inquiries
• Create customized deliverables based on agreements
• Mentor team members on processes and tasks
• Contribute to management in projects and initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• 0-2 years in financial services or related sectors
• Understanding of Investor Services useful
