Investment Performance Analyst (Xico)

Description

The role of Investment Performance Analyst will support the Client Service team and the other teams in the Investment line of bussines related to the performance of the pension plans of the clients. You will be an integral member of the Investment & Performance team, in which you will be the one to review the AUM of our client's pension plans and calculate the returns of all the plan accounts and also the return of the plan. You will have the opportunity to provide a positive experience and drive outcomes for our discretionary clients by building knowledge of our processes and leveraging a deep bench of internal teams (Portfolio Managers, Client Leads, Operations, and Manager and Asset Research teams) and resources. You will be supported in the role to develop your performance calculation knowledge and enhance a broad range of communication and leadership skills. You will have exposure to the whole Investment process.
