Responsibilities
Uncover the full financial needs of the members, provide solutions and/or refer these to the appropriate Advisor.
Support and/or facilitate the financial planning experience for the members.
Be proactive in pursuing external/internal business opportunities by retention of existing member base and actively soliciting new business, reviewing marketing data to determine new market potential, and leveraging opportunities with existing members through in‑branch/telephone communication.
Establish and implement a sales plan that focuses on retaining and attracting new members with mid/high net worth, developing internal referral sources and centers of influence, improving profitability with existing members and developing business from existing members.
Identify staff developmental opportunities and provide effective coaching and technical training.
