Investment Analyst / Associate, Korean Speaking

Job Summary

We are working with a leading international real estate fund to look for an Analyst / Associate candidate to join their team in Hong Kong to work on APAC investments. This role will involve conducting research and analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, and assisting in investment recommendation preparation.
Candidates must have 2-5 years of relevant working experience, IBD candidate is preferable. Fluent in Korean and English is a must. Familiar with Real Estate market. Excellence in communication and team work. 

Analyze market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes.

Develop complex financial models to evaluate investment scenarios

Assist in conducting due diligence on potential investment opportunities.

Perform financial analysis of various investment opportunities.
