Enhance inventory management expertise as an Inventory Cycle Counter at Sysco. You will conduct essential counts and ensure records reflect stock integrity in a dynamic environment.
In this role, you will perform quarterly counts and manage inventory discrepancies, high-dollar item counts, and damage reports. Your focus will also be on complying with food safety regulations and assisting in various inventory control tasks. This position is key to maintaining operational efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accuracy of physical inventory counts
• Perform a minimum of four cyclical counts yearly
• Prepare reports on high-value item counts
• Investigate and adjust damage reports accordingly
• Uphold all Sysco's Food Safety procedures
Requirements:
• Graduation with a High School Diploma or GED
• Basic experience in inventory control or warehousing
• Competency with Microsoft software beneficial
• Proficiency in basic math operations...
