Job Description
Lead inventory management as the Seasonal Inventory Control Supervisor at NFI. Oversee cycle counts, reconciliation, and training to ensure smooth operations on-site.
In this supervisory role, you will coordinate all aspects of inventory control at the NFI Distribution Center. Key tasks include daily cycle counts, slot audits, and ensuring accurate reporting based on customer timelines. You will also play a significant part in employee development, conducting training programs and managing onboarding for new personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily cycle counts and slot audits
• Plan and execute physical inventories efficiently
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and provide productivity insights
• Resolve employee relation issues with management support
• Ensure OSHA compliance for a safe working environment
Requirements:
