Inventory Control Analyst, FOAA B&S Inventory Control Team

Finance Operations Accounting & Analysis (FOAA) is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Control Analyst to join our Buy & Sell Inventory Control Team. This operational role is essential to maintaining accurate inventory records, resolving discrepancies, and supporting the day-to-day execution of the Amazon Funded Buy & Sell (AFBS) program. The successful candidate will manage ticket resolution, perform walkfile reconciliations, drive automation initiatives, and work collaboratively with Rack Integrators and warehouse partners to ensure operational excellence.

Key job responsibilities
•Execute weekly and monthly walkfile reconciliation processes, comparing Component Inventory Activity (CIA) and Roll Forward Reports (RFR) to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Manage inbound support tickets from Rack Integrators (RIs), DB Schenker (DBS) hubs, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), ensuring timely resolution within established SLAs
