Inventory Management & Tracking

• Maintain accurate inventory records of tracker components across all international project locations.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly inventory levels, investigating discrepancies and variances.
• Develop, implement, and manage centralized inventory tracking systems, ensuring real-time visibility.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to reconcile physical inventory with system records.

Forecasting & Planning

• Analyze historical consumption data and future project schedules to develop demand forecasts.
• Work with project management and procurement teams to understand project timelines and material requirements.
• Identify consumption trends and seasonal fluctuations to adjust inventory thresholds proactively.
• Create models to project short- and long-term inventory needs, optimizing for cost, availability, and risk.
