International Operations Supervisor

The International Operations Supervisor , is responsible for performance management and professional development of the International department. The International Operations Supervisor , will be responsible for training and developing employees; assigning work to others and a resource to the employees. Manage relationships with international service providers, customers and partners throughout the globe being the liaison for the international vendors to manage shipment bookings, ensuring timely transfers from logistics providers’ warehouses and onward to final destinations, as appropriate.

• Monitor staff overtime and schedules
• Maintain and ensure safety culture and quality standards
