One of our client firms is currently seeking a remote Bilingual Case Manager (English and Spanish) to join their team. This position is open exclusively to international candidates with prior personal injury experience. Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and updates throughout the life of the case. Coordinate and monitor medical treatment, records requests, and billing documentation. Work closely with attorneys to support case strategy, preparation, and progression. Draft and review correspondence, case summaries, and other legal-related documents.
