- Reason for need: brand new location
- Seeking a board certified internal medicine or family medicine physician
- Equal call shared nightly and weekends between all physicians
- Full-time position
- Outpatient primary care only
- Concierge model - patients pay a monthly membership fee plus utilize their health insurance
- Must have at least 3 years post training experience
- Relationship based care
- You'd be on phone call for your own patient panel four days a week (required)
- Ability to see all ages or adults only
- See 8-10 patients per day, as well as, respond to portal messages and phone calls
- Work alongside 10 physicians
- You'd have a dedicated nurse
- Shared referral coordinator, as well...
