LATAM Regional Procurement Organization (RPO) is responsible for managing LATAM (From México to Argentina, including Brasil) Vestas' spend with external suppliers for Service department.
**Responsibilities**:- Support regional purchaser and team lead on activities as:- Prepare Documentation for tenders (include technical documentation, comercial)- Prepare commercial discutions with new suppliers, including NDA signatures and suppliers pre-assestment evaluation.
- Launch and follow up Request for quotations with suppliers- Perform price analysis evaluation- SAP deliverables management- Support on contract closing (preparation and signature)- Follow up on department KPIS (on time delivery, cost, etc)- Supplier and master data management (vendor creation and update)**Qualifications**:- Ongoing studies in the field of (or related to) Supply Chain, Business or Engineering);- Portuguese and Highly proficient in English, written and verbally;- Spanish is desirable and will be neede...
