Responsibilities

• Apply the knowledge of human capabilities and limitations to the design of systems and equipment.
• Ensure that the system and design are compatible with the sensory, perceptual, cognitive and physical attributes of the personnel who operate, maintain and support the system.
• Work as part of multi-discipline teams to analyze information and evaluate existing and proposed designs under the following frameworks: CNSC G-276, CNSC G-278, NUREG 0711 and CSA N290.12.
