You will report directly to the Team Leader, overseeing a portfolio of Intermediate Bodily Injury Claims. With at least three years of auto claims handling experience, you will investigate claims, assess quantum, and ensure proper communication with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage cases of Intermediate Bodily Injury Claims
• Investigate and confirm coverages while maintaining accurate records
• Engage in mediations and settlement processes
• Settle claims directly with Plaintiff's Counsel
• Direct Defence Counsel in legal proceedings
