Interim Strategist/Head of AI Enablement
Duration: 18 Months
Location: Hybrid – Financial District –3-4 days in office
A mid-sized client is seeking an Interim Strategist/Head of AI Enablement to take ownership of building the organization’s AI strategy, governance framework, establishing a Centre of Excellence, and driving adoption across the enterprise. Success will be measured by the value of “wins” delivered and the substantive solutions against the initial use cases.
Key Accountabilities:
- Build the enterprise AI strategy & roadmap with the Senior Team.
- Drive AI literacy throughout the organization – being a teacher, mentor, trailblazer.
- Establish the governance framework around responsible use of AI, data privacy and security, model risk and safe adoption.
