About Our Client

Our client is a growing, private equity-backed organization in the construction and mechanical services sector seeking a hands-on Controller for a 3–6-month contract to lead day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role will oversee the full accounting cycle, manage a small accounting team, support project accounting and job costing activities, and help drive process improvements as the business continues to scale

About the Opportunity

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Prepare internal and external financial reporting
• Oversee project accounting, job costing, and percentage-of-completion accounting
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
