Job Description
+ JOB REQUIREMENTS
+ Education
+ APRN: Licensed by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing as an Acute Care or Critical Care Advanced Practice Nurse . Certification by a national certifying body with prescriptive privileges.
+
+ PA-C: Graduate of an AMA-approved Physician Assistant program. Certification by a national certifying body with prescriptive privileges.
+
+ BLS and ACLS certification required.
+ Experience
+ Two years of experience with at least one of those years in the ICU setting.
+ Physical
+ This is a safety sensitive position. Please see the St. Bernards Substance Abuse Policy for further information.
+ Normal hospital environment. Exposure to biological hazards. Frequent exposure to unpleasant odors. Close eye work. Hearing of normal and soft tones. Distinguish smells. Distinguish temperatures by touch and proximity. May be exposed to airborne and infectious materials. Required to stand, walk, sit, push and pull, use fingers to handle, o...
