This position involves supporting Account Executives in preparing information for new quotes and managing policy changes throughout the year. You will also handle invoicing processes and participate in meetings focused on new or renewal business. A foundational understanding of commercial property insurance is essential, alongside a Level 1 license.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in policy renewals and client presentations
• Track policy expiry lists for proactive management
• Prepare and submit information to Marketers for quotes
• Follow up on accounts receivable for payments
• Participate in required meetings with executives
