With HUB International, BC's largest Insurance Broker, we are looking for someone who excels in customer service and can manage both ICBC and private auto coverage options. You will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulations while continually improving your skills through training and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide auto coverage through ICBC and private options
• Assist customers in person and over the phone
• Set and achieve sales production targets
• Comply with all relevant insurer regulations
• Effectively resolve any customer complaints
Requirements:
• Level 1 General Insurance License mandatory
• 6+ months experience in Auto Insurance
• Exceptional client service skills
