Responsibilities
- Implement individualized programs according to treatment plans
- Carry a caseload of children, providing direct support
- Monitor and document behavioral data effectively
- Train and guide Junior Instructor Therapists
- Communicate daily with parents about child's progress
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in behavioral sciences or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Understanding of autism and applied behavior analysis
- Solid communication and time-management skills
- Reliable transportation to various locations
