An exciting opportunity exists for a Registered Nurse looking to work to their full-scope of practice and who has a passion for providing leadership, direction and guidance as well as patient- and family-centered care at the Northern Lights Regional Health Centre, located in the energetic and vibrant community of Fort McMurray. As an Instructor - Clinical Nurse Educator, you will be a key member of the Clinical Education team providing coaching, mentoring and educational support to new hires as well as continued support to existing staff. You will be guided by your education, experience, demonstrated skill level and Alberta Health Services policies and procedures. You will also play a key role in supporting an integrated and holistic approach to the patient’s care, health promotion and health maintenance, as well as act as a resource for nursing staff to draw upon.
